Immigrants to the United States of America

The following lists of passengers from Torricella Peligna who emigrated to the United States were gleaned primarily from the “Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation” (SOLEIF) on line records.

Joseph Bevins (Nicolò, Di Marino) and Carlo Liberati did the extensive research, analysis and transcription in order to develop a tool that would assist family researchers.  The list is not perfect as there are many errors in the source indexes resulting in large part from misspellings by the original documents’ authors and from the difficulty the transcribers had in reading the handwritten records.  Certain columns show the spellings of names and places as they appear on the source record index; these are useful to assist you in locating the original records. The first column is the passenger’s name as we can best determine from the data.
